Multi Check in
Multi Check in means you can use the same event or session for the bus trip to the venue for the return trip.
Inosscan's powerful scan filter will show you who got off and hasn't got back on the bus.
This feature is handy for rest stops too.
Compliance
As Governments around the world introduce Safe Transportation of Children requirements, a key component of these requirements is to confirm each child was accounted for when embarking and disembarking the vehicle.
Inosscan makes it easy for you comply with these new requirements.
Safer Transportation of Children with Inosscan
Inosscan makes it easy to ensure you don't leave a child at a venue or on a vehicle.
Here's an example:
This is an example of a bus trip to and from a Museum. It will show you the following:
- Create the event, import the passengers and download QR Codes
- Check in the children as they board the bus
- Confirm who hasn't checked in
- Check out as the children exit from the bus and confirm everyone is off
- Check in as the children board the bus for the return visit and confirm everyone is back on the bus
- Check out on exit back at base and confirm everyone who began the trip is back safe and off the bus
You could use also another event or session to check the children into and back out of the venue.
Create the event, import the passengers and download QR Codes
Creating your event takes only a few seconds, give it a name and dates and you're done.
Importing your passengers from a CSV file again takes only a few seconds.
Download and print QR codes labels you can stick on the children's shirts. These labels also act as name tags.
Check in the children as they board the bus
QR Scanning is done continuously, open the QR scanner and scan the children one after the other as they step onto the bus
In this case 42 children have boarded the bus.
Confirm who hasn't checked in
Tap on the scan filter to change the view. This view shows registered passengers, called event participants in the App, who haven't checked in - not on the bus.
Government regulations normally require you to do a head count before the bus departs.
Check out as the children exit from the bus and confirm everyone is off
Use the scan filter to show only those children who are still on the bus. Once this view is empty, all children will be off the bus. Government regulations usually require that you walk through the bus to confirm all children have left the bus.
Check in as the children board the bus for the return visit and confirm everyone is back on the bus
Set the scan filter to show those children who are yet to board the bus for the return visit. This image shows that 38 children are back on the bus and the names of the 4 others we are waiting on.
This view will be empty when everyone is back on the bus. Government regulations usually require that you do a head count before the bus departs.
Check out on exit back at base and confirm everyone who began the trip is back safe and off the bus
Everyone has checked out of the bus. Take a walk through the bus to double check that no one is still on the bus.
You have a permanent record of your check in's and check out's in Inosscan
Inosscan makes it easy to ensure every child has arrived safe after transport or is back safe from an excursion
