The Inosscan app generates a unique QR Code for each person in your account, making it a quick and simple way to identify them.
These QR Codes can be easily scanned with any smartphone running the Inosscan App, allowing you to quickly check people in or out.
The QR Code labels also double as name badges for children, helping your team keep track of everyone.
Any member of your team, including volunteers, can use the Inosscan App to scan these QR Codes.
NFC tags are a durable and reusable solution, making them ideal for routine trips like a daily school commute. Unlike paper QR codes, they are physically robust and can withstand daily wear and tear.
Common Formats
NFC tags come in various shapes, but the most versatile formats are:
Epoxy discs, which can be easily attached to items like clothing or backpacks.
Wristbands, which are comfortable and convenient for children to wear.
Both formats are designed to be easily and reliably scanned with a quick tap from an smartphone running the Inosscan App.
Inosscan automatically syncs all devices on your account in real-time. This means that as children check in and out, every team member—from chaperones to coordinators—sees the updated status instantly on their own phones, whether they’re using an iOS or Android device.
To get your team started, simply invite them to your Inosscan account and set their appropriate permissions. This ensures everyone has the access they need to help manage check-ins efficiently.
The Multi Check-in feature allows you to track an individual as they check in and out of an event multiple times. This is especially useful for managing a group’s movement, like during rest stops on a trip.
Inosscan’s powerful scan filter helps you quickly see who has gotten off a bus and not yet returned, ensuring you never leave anyone behind.
Around the world, governments are implementing new requirements for the safe transportation of children. A key part of these regulations is confirming that every child is accounted for when they get on and off a vehicle.
Inosscan makes it easy to meet these standards, helping you comply with safety requirements and ensure every child is safe.
Inosscan makes it easy to ensure you don’t leave a child at a venue or on a vehicle.
This is an example of a bus trip to and from a Museum. It will show you the following:
You could use also another event or session to check the children into and back out of the venue.
Creating your event takes only a few seconds, give it a name and dates and you’re done.
Importing your passengers from a CSV file again takes only a few seconds.
Download and print QR codes labels you can stick on the children’s shirts. These labels also act as name tags.
QR Scanning is done continuously, open the QR scanner and scan the children one after the other as they step onto the bus
In this case 42 children have boarded the bus.
Tap on the scan filter to change the view. This view shows registered passengers, called event participants in the App, who haven’t checked in – not on the bus.
Government regulations normally require you to do a head count before the bus departs.
Use the scan filter to show only those children who are still on the bus. Once this view is empty, all children will be off the bus. Government regulations usually require that you walk through the bus to confirm all children have left the bus.
Set the scan filter to show those children who are yet to board the bus for the return visit. This image shows that 38 children are back on the bus and the names of the 4 others we are waiting on.
This view will be empty when everyone is back on the bus. Government regulations usually require that you do a head count before the bus departs.
Everyone has checked out of the bus. Take a walk through the bus to double check that no one is still on the bus.
You have a permanent record of your check in’s and check out’s in Inosscan
