Major changes to the Android version of Inosscan when using an external tag scanner. Scanning can occur while the app is in the background meaning people can check in and out while you have your phone in your pocket.

- CSV import no longer limited to 100 people at a time. CSV import is now limited only by your subscription limit
- Scan sounds and vibrations are now synchronized with each scan. One sound and vibration for a first scan (check in / sign on) and two sounds and vibrations for a second scan (check out / sign off)
