Subscriptions and Consumables

When you download and install Inosscan and create your account you are placed on the free plan. The free plan gives you the opportunity to try Inosscan so you can determine whether it meets your needs.

The free plan allows you to add up to 10 people to your account and send 20 email messages each month.

To upgrade your subscription you visit the Subscription page from the More tab. Only the account owner can purchase a subscription for an account.

Inosscan can send messages via email and SMS. To send messages you need to have enough messaging credit. Messaging credit is a consumable and consumables can be purchased on the Consumables page from the More tab. Any account user can purchase consumables.

Subscriptions

There are two subscription upgrades available for purchase, the 1000 contact plan and the Unlimited contact plan. Each of these subscriptions can be purchased monthly or annually.

Unlimited Contact plan

The Unlimited Contact plan allows you to have an unlimited number of people in your account and includes:

• Unlimited people/contacts
• 10,000 email messages per month
• A credit of 100 SMS messages of 160 character length on subscribe

1000 Contact plan

The 1000 Contact plan allows you to have up to 1000 people in your account and includes:

• 1000 people/contacts
• 1000 email messages per month
• A credit of 20 SMS messages of 160 character length on subscribe

Note: SMS messages are charged at 1 credit per 160 characters or part thereof.

Consumables

Our service providers charge us for sending emails and SMS messages. Should you need to send more emails that your plan provides or continue to send SMS messages you will need to purchase consumable credit.

The Consumables page shows you you account’s current credit levels.

The cost of sending an SMS varies depending on the sending and receiving countries and the receiving device’s telecommunications provider. Inosscan retrieves the cost of each SMS sent and subtract from your cash credit based on that cost.

Inosscan fetches the estimated cost of sending an SMS in your country when you open the consumables page.

Any user of an Inosscan account can purchase consumable credit.
