How to write your name tags and check in your guests
Here we’ll show you how to use Inosscan to generate your name tags and check in your event guests.
Import your guests
Generate your CSV file. Either build it yourself in a spreadsheet or export it from your booking system if you use one.
Inosscan supports 2 CSV file formats:

Send your CSV file to your device. Best to load it onto your iOS iCloud Drive or your Google Drive.
Print your name tags
From the Event Participants page you can send yourself a link to download the QR Code name tag label list.
You can set your page format before downloading the list of QR Codes as a PDF.

Print the name tags from your phone, your laptop or desktop.
You can also send QR Codes directly to your guest’s phones by email or SMS.
Check in your guests
Check in your guests by scanning their name tags. You could also scan the QR Code you sent them by email or SMS directly from their phone.
