Sign in with email – issues
Sign in to your existing account using email and password.
Ensure that you see the “Sign in” title on iOS and the welcome back message on Android after entering your email address. If you don’t you’ve miss typed your email address and are creating a new account.
Should you forget your password you can tap “Trouble signing in?” to be sent a password reset message.
